Mr. Gavin has over 29 years experience in the structural design and evaluations of buildings structures, involving engineering design at over 4000 properties. This includes experience in design of projects ranging from residences to new multistory high rise buildings, and complex structural renovation projects. Also includes emergency shoring and bracing, and scaffolding design experience. Mr. Gavin has designed structures in reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry. Experience includes also extensive structural investigations and Forensic Engineering evaluations of building structure failures, and foundation failures investigations.
